We do not charge for the Service, but your carrier’s message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive autodialed marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency may be recurring.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Provide a valid mobile number and opt out before changing numbers. You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from your use of the Service or provision of a number that is not your own.

Limitation of Liability

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, SHALL WE OR OUR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR THIRD-PARTY MATERIALS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Termination

Refund Policy

To request a refund for a VigorLong purchase, contact the product producer’s customer service within 60 days of purchase at support@vigorlong.com or phone +1 (720) 278-7537. Refunds are credited back to your bank account and may take 3–5 business days to appear, depending on the processing bank. Refunds are handled by the producer; this affiliate site does not process orders or payments.

Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)

If you believe in good faith that materials hosted by the producer infringe your copyrights, you or your agent may send a notice requesting removal or blocking of access. Notices and counter-notices must meet the statutory requirements of the DMCA (loc.gov/copyright). The producer’s DMCA agent email is support@vigorlong.com.

Assignment

This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of us and our respective assigns, successors, heirs, and legal representatives. Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Barbados. Any dispute shall be subject to binding arbitration in St. Michael, Barbados. If any provision is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision is severable and does not affect the validity of remaining provisions.

Class Action Waiver

You may only resolve disputes with us on an individual basis. Class arbitrations, class actions, private attorney general actions, and consolidation with other arbitrations are not permitted unless all relevant parties specifically agree in writing.

Severability

If any clause in these Terms of Use (other than the Class Action Waiver) is found illegal or unenforceable, that clause will be severed and the remainder enforced. If the Class Action Waiver is found illegal or unenforceable, this entire dispute-resolution provision will be unenforceable and the dispute will be decided by a court.

Anti-Spam Policy

We collect personal information voluntarily submitted by visitors (e.g., name, address, phone number, email address, IP address, comments/testimonials, and, where applicable, payment details).
